The automatic backguage allows for production reproduction of multiple blanks for further processing such as blanks for stair pans.

Here we're putting the final touches on the tanks we formed on the 1/4" x 12 Mechanical Press Brake in the background. We used a clamshell design to save on material, and following, air pressure tested the tanks for leaks in our welding department. These lube trucks were designed, fabricated and assembled in our shop.

Apply over 100 tons of Ironworker to steel and you have the capability to punch a 1-1/16" Dia. hole thru 1" Plate. The Notcher and Shape Shear also provide extra versatility when it comes to fabricating steel, stainless and aluminum parts. We have a full compliment of Dies for Round, Oblong (Slot) and Square Holes.
